Mario
Mario is a Director of Experterra as well as his property interests he studied Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London and University of Manchester before completing his MBA at Warwick Business School.

Mario is where the “buck stops” and is ultimately responsible for the operational & financial management of
Experterra.

Siobhan
Siobhan is responsible for the management of the Experterra office and the administrative functions. Her expertise is New Media & Internet marketing and she manages our web presence and image.

Nick
Nick is responsible for larger projects involving our customers a dedicated Project Manager, Single Point of Contact, multi trade management,
continuous Project budgeting and cashflow forecasting.

Rob The Builder
Rob is a Master of trades with skills to an exceptionally high standard developed over 20 years culminating in operating his own kitchen fitting
business before seeking new work in the UK.

Nothing is ever a problem for Rob and he finds solutions for the most difficult problems and is source of expertise an knowledge for the rest of the team.

Martin The Painter
Martin is the Master painter & decorator and responsible for work involving the highest standard of painted finish.

Frank
Frank is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and experienced in property investment and consultancy for both commercial & residential buildings

Richard
Richard is a experienced member of the team with over 30 years of trades experience. He completes external works, building and maintenance as
well as site carpentry.

John the Plumber
John is a Corgi registered plumber who completes our Central Heating, Gas and complex plumbing installations.

Mario the Electrician
Mario is a qualified Electrical Engineer and fully hands on when he is not running the business

Marek

Marek is a full time painter & decorator for both external painting and internal surfaces. His expertise is flawless filling and preparation before painting.

Peter
Peter is an experienced tradesperson covering turnkey projects e.g. bathroom refurbishment

Dave
Dave is a qualified electrician who completes NICEIC work requireing changes to existing circuits on both commercial and residential premises.

Agnes
Agnes leads our contract cleaners and is available for one off or regular bookings

Rafael
Raphael is responsible for the maintenance of all Experterra vehicles and plant. He is a Senior Technician and comes from a background in Motor vehicles and farm machinery & plant.

Bill
Bill is an experienced and qualified farm manager. He is involved in all aspects of land management including the construction of equestrian facilities, field & paddock maintenance, and large plant including Tractors and Loaders

Louise
Louise is our “House Doctor” maximises the appeal of property and advises on residential property investment and residential “buy to let’s”

Claudio
Claudio is a professional architect involved in Experterra’s larger developments.

Christine
Christine is our resident interior designer who advises on the colours and fabrics for many of our projects.

Craig
Craig is a OFTEC qualified oil engineer. He is trained and qualified by AGA in Telford and work on all types of Oil fired ranges and boilers.
